Baked Brioche French Toast

Ingredients
- 2 brioche burger buns
- 3/4 cup unsweetened soy milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp raw cane sugar
- Powdered sugar.
- Maple syrup
- Fresh fruit of your choosing.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Rub butter on inside of ramekins.
- Break brioche buns apart and add it to the ramekins.
- Combine the soy milk, egg, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Then pour it over the brioche in the ramekins.
- Sprinkle the raw cane sugar over the brioche and place the ramekins in the oven.
- Bake for 25 -30 minutes.
- I like to top my french toast with powdered sugar, fresh fruit, and maple syrup. But this part is really up to you.
Notes
You can sub whole milk or any other milk of your choosing for the soy milk.
